SST was organized in 1990 and is based in Austin , Texas . We specialize in the development and application of information technology systems for Public Entity Pools and Association insurance business operations for day-to-day risk management and general pooling infrastructure activities.

Our strengths stem from SST’s staff technical skills and extensive experience of public entity pooling risk management, computer technology that is functional and user friendly with an in depth knowledge of primary public entity pooling operations. We have over 15 years of experience dealing with Public Entity Pools and related insurance programs:

• In 1990, SST pioneered the development of client / server based underwriting and policy administration systems for public entity pools having either property/casualty or workers’ compensation programs.
• In 1995, SST began the process of creating its current enterprise wide risk management information system called Risk360°™. We designed and implemented the first decision support system for risk pools using data warehousing technology.
• In 2002, we expanded the Risk360°™ system capabilities to include policy administration, claim administration, and insurance accounting via the World Wide Web (WWW) for support of risk pooling operations;
• In 2005, we have developed Risk360°™/Member Portal which allows your members the opportunity to do their renewals on line.
